We have only been living in our Kelmscott home for a few months, but this winter has shown us how much we dislike Chicago's weather. My department at work is being outsourced, I am taking the voluntary severence package, and will be using the money to relocate to warm, sunny Phoenix.
The first one shows the front of the actual home we are buying. It is an inventory home and they have it mostly finished. The second picture shows the street behind our house. The wall you see on the left is eight feet tall and will be the rear boundary of our back yard. I am also including a copy of the floorplan. If you want to see a copy of the floorplan with approximate dimensions, click here.
We are planning to move in May or June of 2001.
Okay, I now have a ton of new pictures from our last trip! I will add these here now with limited text just to get them on here, I will be adding text later.
Here are some external shots of the ACTUAL house we are buying:

Now, here are some interior shots of the ACTUAL house we are buying.
Keep in mind that the house is still under construction. If you want
to get an idea of how this home might appear when it is fully furnished
and decorated, click here. When
we first arrived, there was no ceramic floor tile, carpeting, countertops,
or appliances. While we were in town they installed the ceramic floor
tile. There are no utilities for the most part, so this is a "dead"
house.
Back Yard (including to help
judge size, hoping to have a pool here someday):
