Old Reality In A New World

So now I am trying to create a new post in the new WordPress using the Divi tools. 

The funny thing is that even though this website is 100% Gutenberg, it appears the Divi text module is using the old editor.  No, that is not quite true either.  This is somewhat confusing, let me compare this new website to an old website.

Okay…..so yes I am using WordPress 5.0.  However, when trying to use Divi with the new editor in WordPress everything was acting wonky in both Firefox and Chrome.  I could not insert the above images in Divi visual mode and there was absolutely no way that I could get back to the legacy mode (shown below) without adding the classic editor back into WordPress.  Do you know how to spell D-I-S-A-S-T-E-R-?   😉
