Of course, the very best way to get ahead financially is to drive a car until it falls apart.  The laptop is another story.  I have a newer laptop at home but what if I drop it?  What if someone steals it?  When it comes to hitting the road just to run errands I like to use this ancient laptop.

No, I would not ever try to run Windows on hardware this old.  That would be a disaster!  I am using the Bionic Beaver version of Lubuntu for those of you familiiar with that technology.  😀  😀  😀
